Airsoft Slings

A sling is one of the cheapest upgrades that makes the biggest difference to how you play. It keeps your gun attached to you so you can let go to climb, open a door, or switch to your sidearm without ever putting your primary down. Once you have played with a good sling, going without one feels like fighting with one hand tied behind your back.

We stock airsoft slings in every configuration, including single point, two point, and three point designs plus bungee styles, from Viper Tactical and more. Browse the range below and keep your gun where you need it.

Why you need a sling

Think about all the moments in a game when you need a free hand. Climbing over an obstacle, opening a door, reloading awkwardly, transitioning to your pistol, or just carrying your gun comfortably between objectives. Without a sling, your only option is to put your gun down, which is slow and risky. A sling keeps the gun on your body and ready, freeing your hands while keeping your primary instantly available. It is a small, inexpensive bit of kit that changes how fluidly you can move and fight.

Single, two, and three point slings

The number of attachment points changes how the sling behaves.
A single point sling clips to one point near the rear of the gun and lets it hang freely in front of you. It is the fastest for transitioning shoulders and switching to a sidearm, popular for CQB, though the gun does swing about when not held. Bungee single points, like the Viper single point bungee, add stretch for comfort.
A two point sling attaches at the front and rear and is the most versatile all-rounder. It holds the gun securely across your body or back, carries weight comfortably for long games, and is the choice most players settle on. The Viper VX two point is a solid example.
A three point sling wraps around the body for extra retention and weapon control, favoured by some players for the secure hold, though it is a little more complex to set up.

Attaching your sling

Your sling needs somewhere to attach, and most modern guns and rails offer mounting points. QD sling swivels give you a quick-detach attachment that rotates freely, and you can add sling mounts via your rail if your gun lacks a built-in point. See our mounts and rail covers for swivels and sling points, and set your sling up to suit how you carry your gun.

Frequently Asked Questions

What sling is best for airsoft?

A two point sling is the best all-rounder for most players, holding the gun securely and comfortably while staying versatile. A single point sling is faster for shoulder transitions and suits CQB, while a three point offers extra retention. If you are buying your first sling, a two point is the safe, versatile choice.

What is a single point sling good for?

A single point sling lets the gun hang freely in front of you and is the fastest for switching shoulders and transitioning to a sidearm, which makes it popular for fast CQB play. The trade-off is that the gun swings about when you are not holding it, so it is less comfortable for carrying over long distances than a two point.

How do I attach a sling to my gun?

Most modern airsoft guns have built-in sling points, or you can add them. QD sling swivels click into a socket and rotate freely, and you can fit sling mounts to a Picatinny or M-LOK rail if your gun lacks an attachment point. Check our mounts and rail covers range for the right swivel or mount for your setup.
