Description

The Viper Tactical Shoulder Pack is a conveniently sized and ideal travel / grab bag. Its main compartment and external pouches are great for storing most personal belongings with plenty of pockets and elasticated loop holders provided. On the front and sides you will find MOLLE panels allowing for further customisation of the pack. The shoulder strap length can be adjusted and provided padding adds comfort while using the pack. The shoulder strap also features quick release buckle, detachable sternum strap, additional MOLLE panels, utility pocket and d-rings expanding the comfort and storage capabilities of the Shoulder Pack. On the back you will find a mesh pocket with press stud closure and hook and loop lining ideal to store a map or a small notepad. With so many great features for storage and comfort packed into approximately 10l pack the Viper Tactical Shoulder Pack is a great choice for hikers, walkers or anyone looking for a compact size bag to store their valuables.

All orders are shipped with one of our hand-picked carriers to ensure a smooth and pain-free delivery experience.

Orders are picked and fulfilled during our standard trading hours. We endevour to ship all orders within 24 hours of payment, and within our opening hours.

We currently only ship to UK Mainland. Please contact us for a bespoke quote if you would like items shipping outside of these areas. Please note: RIFs will only ever be shipped to Mainland UK

If ordering a RIF, please ensure your shipping address matches your registered UKARA address to avoid delays.

Returns

Change of Mind

We operate a 14 day change of mind policy, beginning on the day you receive your goods.
Any items that you wish to return to us must be in their original, unopened and undamaged packing, along with the receipt.
The cost of return shipping is to be covered by the buyer in this instance.
The items must be packaged sufficiently to avoid damage in transit. Any damage caused by insuffucient packaging during return will be deducted from your return value.
Shipping and handling fees are not subject to refund in the event of unwanted or incorrectly ordered goods.

Faulty Items

Warranty period will vary from product to product.
In the first instance, please contact info@hc2airsoft.co.uk with your faulty item query.
If a return is required/authorised, you will be emailed a return label.
The items must be packaged sufficiently to avoid damage in transit. Any damage caused by insuffucient packaging during return will be deducted from your return value.
If your item is determined to be faulty within the warranty period, a repair or exchange will be offered in all circumstances.
If your item is determined to not be faulty, you may be invoiced for all shipping costs related to your return and subsequent re-delivery of the item.

Warranty

All goods supplied by HC2 Airsoft are warranted free from defects for 6 months (90 days for RIFs) from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated). This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Warranty does not apply to any defects arising from wear and tear, malicious or neglegent damage, mis-use or repair outside of stated guidleines.
Damages on delivery should be notified immediately to HC2 Retail by email at info@hc2airsoft.co.uk. Failure to do so promptly may result in your claim being denied.
