Description

We have designed the Raven NEO to be affordable without compromising performance. The NEO series is equipped with high-quality nylon filled polymer body and rail system, our new Electronic Trigger System (ETS) that allows the use of 11.1v batteries and boasts improved trigger response and reliability, full metal gearbox with Quick Spring Change, rotary hop-up, 6.03mm precision inner barrel and 8mm metal bearings.

The NEO series is equipped with the LEVIN metal gearbox that is precisely made and equipped with high-quality internals to ensure durability. Each gearbox is equipped with our new ETS, 16 gauge silver-coated wiring, high torque motor, full metal teeth piston, 8mm metal bearings and true quick spring change system

The Serpent is a sleek modern design of the M4 platform. The Serpent features a slim polymer m-lok handguard with QD sling points and an extended outer barrel. Along with providing plenty of mounting space for your accessories, the Serpent is available in a black and DE colour variant.

All orders are shipped with one of our hand-picked carriers to ensure a smooth and pain-free delivery experience.

Orders are picked and fulfilled during our standard trading hours. We endevour to ship all orders within 24 hours of payment, and within our opening hours.

We currently only ship to UK Mainland. Please contact us for a bespoke quote if you would like items shipping outside of these areas. Please note: RIFs will only ever be shipped to Mainland UK

If ordering a RIF, please ensure your shipping address matches your registered UKARA address to avoid delays.

Returns

Change of Mind

We operate a 14 day change of mind policy, beginning on the day you receive your goods.
Any items that you wish to return to us must be in their original, unopened and undamaged packing, along with the receipt.
The cost of return shipping is to be covered by the buyer in this instance.
The items must be packaged sufficiently to avoid damage in transit. Any damage caused by insuffucient packaging during return will be deducted from your return value.
Shipping and handling fees are not subject to refund in the event of unwanted or incorrectly ordered goods.

Faulty Items

Warranty period will vary from product to product.
In the first instance, please contact info@hc2airsoft.co.uk with your faulty item query.
If a return is required/authorised, you will be emailed a return label.
The items must be packaged sufficiently to avoid damage in transit. Any damage caused by insuffucient packaging during return will be deducted from your return value.
If your item is determined to be faulty within the warranty period, a repair or exchange will be offered in all circumstances.
If your item is determined to not be faulty, you may be invoiced for all shipping costs related to your return and subsequent re-delivery of the item.

Warranty

All goods supplied by HC2 Airsoft are warranted free from defects for 6 months (90 days for RIFs) from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated). This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Warranty does not apply to any defects arising from wear and tear, malicious or neglegent damage, mis-use or repair outside of stated guidleines.
Damages on delivery should be notified immediately to HC2 Retail by email at info@hc2airsoft.co.uk. Failure to do so promptly may result in your claim being denied.
