Description

The Raven Evolution EVO series is our newest design by our engineers in Canada. Built with a robust and reinforced polymer body and features full metal m-lok handguard and retractable multi-purpose polymer stock. The Rebel Series have also introduced a unique drop stock adaptor for more ergonomic and player oriented platform for players to enhance aiming experience with protective eyewear.

The RE EVO Series comes with a FURION V2 MOSFET pre-installed, which allows you to customise your shooting experience with ease. A few trigger pulls will allow you to change between Burst Fire, Binary Trigger, Aug Trigger, Sniper Trigger, Five Trigger Sensitivity Settings, Five Levels of Pre-Cocking and the ability to turn Active Break on or off.

If you want to modify your Raven Evolution product in any way please contact the store where your item was purchased or a qualified airsoft technician. Please don’t attempt to do it on your own, as any modification of your airsoft product can result in voiding the warranty, damaging, or even destroying your product. Our products were designed and assembled to provide you the best and longest lasting airsoft experience. Any changing of parts and there will be no guarantee of the durability of your Raven Evolution product. Even something as simple as changing a spring can put more stress on internal parts and cause premature failure. Any kind of tuning that requires new parts should be left to specialized airsoft technicians. Any work you attempt to do on your own is at your own risk.

All orders are shipped with one of our hand-picked carriers to ensure a smooth and pain-free delivery experience.

Orders are picked and fulfilled during our standard trading hours. We endevour to ship all orders within 24 hours of payment, and within our opening hours.

We currently only ship to UK Mainland. Please contact us for a bespoke quote if you would like items shipping outside of these areas. Please note: RIFs will only ever be shipped to Mainland UK

If ordering a RIF, please ensure your shipping address matches your registered UKARA address to avoid delays.

Returns

Change of Mind

We operate a 14 day change of mind policy, beginning on the day you receive your goods.
Any items that you wish to return to us must be in their original, unopened and undamaged packing, along with the receipt.
The cost of return shipping is to be covered by the buyer in this instance.
The items must be packaged sufficiently to avoid damage in transit. Any damage caused by insuffucient packaging during return will be deducted from your return value.
Shipping and handling fees are not subject to refund in the event of unwanted or incorrectly ordered goods.

Faulty Items

Warranty period will vary from product to product.
In the first instance, please contact info@hc2airsoft.co.uk with your faulty item query.
If a return is required/authorised, you will be emailed a return label.
The items must be packaged sufficiently to avoid damage in transit. Any damage caused by insuffucient packaging during return will be deducted from your return value.
If your item is determined to be faulty within the warranty period, a repair or exchange will be offered in all circumstances.
If your item is determined to not be faulty, you may be invoiced for all shipping costs related to your return and subsequent re-delivery of the item.

Warranty

All goods supplied by HC2 Airsoft are warranted free from defects for 6 months (90 days for RIFs) from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated). This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Warranty does not apply to any defects arising from wear and tear, malicious or neglegent damage, mis-use or repair outside of stated guidleines.
Damages on delivery should be notified immediately to HC2 Retail by email at info@hc2airsoft.co.uk. Failure to do so promptly may result in your claim being denied.
