The KWA Ronin RM4 Q10 is a premium AEG built for durability and tunability. Featuring a reinforced metal gearbox, precision-adjustable hop-up and a full-length rail system, the RM4 Q10 offers reliable semi/full-auto performance and straightforward upgrade paths (motors, barrels, hop units and EFCS/MOSFET installs). Ergonomic controls, an adjustable stock and a balanced chassis make it equally suited to close-quarters engagements and longer-range field roles — ideal for players who want a robust, serviceable platform that accepts common aftermarket upgrades.

For the first time since the initial release of the original VM4 and RM4 Ronin, KWA is giving our two flagship AEGs a much-anticipated facelift.

The RM4 Q10 variant is sporting a familiar quad picatinny rail. Gone is the fixed front sight post allowing end users the flexibility of a red dot or low-power, variable optics (LPVO).

Dynamic AEG reloads is made possible by KWA™s cutoff gearboxes found only in the first-generation AEG 2.5 and 3.0 systems. The cutoff system prevents the rifle from firing on an empty magazine and emphasizes reloading muscle memory. Resume the gun fight by disengaging the mock bolt catch once a new magazine has been inserted into the rifle and continue to sling BBs downrange. Both the Q10 and M10 are compatible with standard AEG M4 magazines and are designed to work with KWA™s designated cutoff magazines; the K120C and MS120C.

All orders are shipped with one of our hand-picked carriers to ensure a smooth and pain-free delivery experience.

Orders are picked and fulfilled during our standard trading hours. We endevour to ship all orders within 24 hours of payment, and within our opening hours.

We currently only ship to UK Mainland. Please contact us for a bespoke quote if you would like items shipping outside of these areas. Please note: RIFs will only ever be shipped to Mainland UK

If ordering a RIF, please ensure your shipping address matches your registered UKARA address to avoid delays.

Returns

Change of Mind

We operate a 14 day change of mind policy, beginning on the day you receive your goods.
Any items that you wish to return to us must be in their original, unopened and undamaged packing, along with the receipt.
The cost of return shipping is to be covered by the buyer in this instance.
The items must be packaged sufficiently to avoid damage in transit. Any damage caused by insuffucient packaging during return will be deducted from your return value.
Shipping and handling fees are not subject to refund in the event of unwanted or incorrectly ordered goods.

Faulty Items

Warranty period will vary from product to product.
In the first instance, please contact info@hc2airsoft.co.uk with your faulty item query.
If a return is required/authorised, you will be emailed a return label.
The items must be packaged sufficiently to avoid damage in transit. Any damage caused by insuffucient packaging during return will be deducted from your return value.
If your item is determined to be faulty within the warranty period, a repair or exchange will be offered in all circumstances.
If your item is determined to not be faulty, you may be invoiced for all shipping costs related to your return and subsequent re-delivery of the item.

Warranty

All goods supplied by HC2 Airsoft are warranted free from defects for 6 months (90 days for RIFs) from the date of supply (unless otherwise stated). This warranty does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Warranty does not apply to any defects arising from wear and tear, malicious or neglegent damage, mis-use or repair outside of stated guidleines.
Damages on delivery should be notified immediately to HC2 Retail by email at info@hc2airsoft.co.uk. Failure to do so promptly may result in your claim being denied.
